About the role
TL;DR
Build and manage Triumph's IT infrastructure, networks, and identity systems.
- •As Triumph's first dedicated IT hire, you will establish the entire IT function from scratch.
- •This is a hands-on building role where you will be responsible for networks, identity, endpoints, and meeting rooms.
- •Key Responsibilities Build out the corporate network end to end, including VLANs, switching, segmentation, and WiFi.
- •Own endpoint management and device lifecycle across the fleet.
- •Stand up and mature the corporate identity program on Okta, driving SSO and MFA coverage.
- •Design and deploy AV and conferencing for meeting rooms.
- •Run the physical buildout of office space, including cabling and subcontractor coordination.
- •Requirements Deep, hands-on knowledge of corporate networking, endpoint management, and identity platforms like Okta.
- •Proven track record of owning infrastructure projects end to end.
- •Comfort with physical office buildout and coordinating contractors.
- •Fluency with AI tooling for automation of repetitive IT tasks.
- •Comfort being the first and only person in a function, driving work to completion without a playbook.
