- •We're hiring a Senior RevOps Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in NYC.
- •This role serves as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, significantly impacting our go-to-market motion.
- •You'll own our GTM tech stack, bringing experience to evolve it as we scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the senior HubSpot administrator, determining business needs and structuring new hubs.
- •Own platform architecture including pipelines, workflows, custom properties, and reporting infrastructure.
- •Own the GTM stack end-to-end, including integrations, data flows, and system health.
- •Lead tool evaluations with structured analysis and proactive gap identification.
- •Drive process improvements across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle and troubleshoot cross-system issues.
- •Requirements 5+ years in a systems administration or GTM operations role with full-stack ownership.
- •Deep, admin-level HubSpot expertise; HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
- •Track record of building and improving GTM systems.
- •Strong analytical instincts and comfort operating with autonomy.
- •Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and CX at a fast-moving company.
