Lead marketing for the Fashion category at Tilt, driving growth and engagement.
- •Tilt is building a net-new way to buy and sell online and is seeking a Marketing Lead to grow a vertical in the UK.
- •This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and brand, focusing on designing and executing strategies for a fast-scaling consumer tech company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own marketing for the Fashion category, including campaigns, content, channels, and demand generation.
- •Develop and execute marketing strategies across paid, organic, and digital content for the Fashion category.
- •Launch influencer marketing campaigns and community/in-person events to drive engagement.
- •Build a repeatable content and campaign engine for the category, iterating based on user insights and data.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in brand, lifecycle, or content marketing, with end-to-end campaign ownership.
- •Strong instincts for content and creative, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- •Comfortable with data-based decision making and key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion.
- •Experience building marketing strategy from scratch and owning ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
- •Genuine excitement for fashion, streetwear, and vintage communities.
