- •We are hiring a Primary Care Physician to join our San Francisco team in a unique role that combines direct patient care with protected time to help shape and improve Tia’s clinical model.
- •This role is designed for a physician who loves caring for patients and is also energized by improving how care is delivered.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive care, acute concerns, and chronic condition management.
- •Build trusted, longitudinal relationships with patients.
- •Use protected innovation time to improve Tia’s clinical programs, workflows, and care model.
- •Design and refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and patient journeys.
- •Partner with clinical, product, operations, and technology teams.
- •Requirements MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- •Active California medical license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- •Experience providing comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- •Strong interest in women’s health and whole-person care.
- •Interest or experience in clinical innovation, quality improvement, care model design, workflow development, population health, or healthcare technology.
