  • not typical in clinical roles Opportunity to build and shape a new model for women's healthcare What You'll Do Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting.
  • Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
  • Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
  • What You'll Bring Requirements: Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
  • Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
  • Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
  • Training & Development Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: Specialized Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
  • Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.
  • Work Location This role is based in our SoHo clinic. #LI-Onsite Compensation & Benefits Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency.
  • Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
  • The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000
  • $160,000, depending on level and experience.
