- •not typical in clinical roles Opportunity to build and shape a new model for women's healthcare What You'll Do Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting.
- •Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
- •Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- •Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
- •Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
- •What You'll Bring Requirements: Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
- •Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
- •Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
- •Training & Development Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: Specialized Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
- •Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

- •Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
- •The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000
- •$160,000, depending on level and experience.
