- •As a Sourcing Recruiter at TWA, you will be the primary engine driving our candidate pipeline.
- •You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, to identify, engage, and activate top-tier passive candidates in highly competitive talent pools.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively source, engage, and nurture passive candidate pipelines.
- •Conduct deep-dive talent research and market mapping.
- •Integrate AI sourcing tools and automation platforms into your daily sourcing stack.
- •Collaborate directly with engineering and cross-functional leads to calibrate target profiles.
- •Craft hyper-personalized outreach strategies to articulate TWA’s tech stack, culture, and value proposition.
- •Requirements 3+ years of dedicated technical talent sourcing experience.
- •Proven success sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles across Robotics, C++, SLAM, Sensor Processing, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, or Edge Computing.
- •Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search syntax, X-ray searches, and niche tech communities.
- •Experience utilizing modern AI productivity and sourcing tools.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an authentic, consultative outreach style.
