About the role
TL;DR
Manage and scale the Field Engineering team for robotic fleet operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Field Engineers.
- •Oversee initial site assessments and pre-deployment prep.
- •Manage fleet maintenance schedules and execute operational PoCs.
- •Partner with engineering to triage field issues and prioritize bugs.
- •Be the point of contact for customers for day-to-day operations.
- •Manage Field Performance Testing for new releases.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in field engineering or robotics. 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- •Strong fluency in robotics systems and terminology.
- •Experience managing L1/L2 customer support structures.
- •Willingness to travel to customer sites.
