TL;DR
Senior Application Support Engineer to resolve client issues and ensure process adherence.
- •Tekion is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to act as a subject matter expert, coordinating with dealership clients on support issues and ensuring the support team adheres to processes.
- •This role involves independent and collaborative work in an agile environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when necessary.
- •Understand the application functionally and technically.
- •Document technical knowledge and prepare reports.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience as an Application Support Engineer.
- •Working knowledge of SQL, Mongo Databases, CRM tools & basic network configuration.
- •Knowledge in DB and APIs.
