TL;DR
Support end-to-end project implementations for Tandem Health's healthcare platform.
- •Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first with a platform designed by clinicians, for clinicians.
- •This role supports the end-to-end implementation of Tandem deployments, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Support implementations end-to-end, coordinating onboarding, training, and go-live support.
- •Act as an on-the-ground partner to clinical teams, ensuring workflows function in real conditions.
- •Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate appropriately.
- •Drive adoption by working with champions and tracking usage.
- •Requirements Experience working in or alongside hospital settings.
- •Operationally strong with end-to-end implementation plan management.
- •User-centered mindset with a focus on usability and workflows.
- •Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
