- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Systems Infrastructure Coordinator to build and manage the technical backbone for their Division Operations team.
- •This role involves developing, improving, and maintaining business systems, tooling, access, and secured-program infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with the DivOps team to identify and resolve breakdowns in tooling, governance, and information flow.
- •Administer and champion core division tools including Jira, Foundry, TeamCenter, GitHub, Confluence, and Quip.
- •Build, host, and automate internal division tools end-to-end, ensuring they are secure and durable.
- •Manage user provisioning, role-based permissions, and Okta/OpSec group management with a focus on security.
- •Champion data hygiene by auditing systems, archiving stale projects, and cleaning up permissions.
- •Requirements 2-4+ years in technical operations, IT/systems administration, or program coordination.
- •Comfortable with Linux terminals, scripting, and API integration.
- •Experience with SaaS and identity administration (e.g., Okta).
- •Proficiency with collaboration software like Jira and Confluence.
- •Ability to work fully on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, and obtain a U.S.
- •Security Clearance.
