- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Construction Systems Specialist to own and evolve the software platforms that power their Design & Construction organization.
- •This role is crucial for enabling the company's mission of transforming military capabilities through advanced technology.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the product owner for the Project Management Information System (PMIS), managing its configuration, roadmap, and day-to-day operations.
- •Configure and roll out new business processes and modules within the PMIS, including portfolio and budget management, contracts, and document management.
- •Manage integrations between the PMIS and other systems like ERP and Airtable, ensuring accurate data flow.
- •Train Project Managers and external Owner's Reps on the system and drive platform adoption.
- •Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing, administering, or owning enterprise project management, project controls, or construction management software.
- •Hands-on system configuration experience with workflows, forms, reports, and user permissions.
- •Experience managing software integrations with ERP or financial systems.
- •A product owner's mindset with strong requirements gathering and prioritization skills.
- •Strong training and communication skills.
