About the role
TL;DR
Partner with US employees on People Operations, managing payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
- •As a People Operations Partner at Talon.One, you'll join an 18-person People & Culture team to help shape our business and culture.
- •You'll partner with the Senior People Operations Partner in Boston to support the US team and collaborate with the global People Operations team in Berlin.
- •This role is key to building our local People Operations function and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for People Operations for US-based employees.
- •Manage payroll and reporting, and oversee HRIS systems including data changes, reporting, and auditing.
- •Administer employee benefits, answer questions, process changes, and manage vendor relationships.
- •Ensure a successful onboarding experience for new US hires.
- •Support Leave of Absence requests in compliance with laws.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration in the US. 3+ years of experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP and BambooHR.
- •Experience working remotely and independently on decentralized global teams.
- •Experience with multi-state payroll and benefits administration.
- •Clear understanding of US HR Operations practices and legal requirements.
