About the role
TL;DR
Lead the operational and technical backbone of Supabase's Partnerships function.
- •Supabase's Partnerships function is scaling fast, and we need a Partner Operations & Systems Lead to manage the operational and technical backbone of the team.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
- •Design and maintain partner attribution models and dashboards for leadership.
- •Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints.
- •Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
- •Build and maintain internal automations and tools to streamline operations.
- •Requirements Strong background in data infrastructure and process management.
- •Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
- •Ability to design and ship internal tools and dashboards.
- •Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills.
