About the role
TL;DR
Lead B2B operations enablement for scalable enterprise program launches.
- •Stepful is seeking a B2B Operations Enablement Lead to own the systems and processes that make enterprise program launches repeatable and scalable.
- •You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Learning, and Engineering to design the operational foundation for new client and program launches.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the scaling of existing programs and client launch operations, optimizing the end-to-end launch and expansion process.
- •Design operational infrastructure for new modalities, building the operational backbone for partner-led enrollment, employer-sponsored sign-up, and SSO integrations.
- •Build scalable S4B ops processes for areas like preceptor operations, admissions workflows, and sponsorship management.
- •Work cross-functionally to align Product on tooling needs, coordinate with Learning on program readiness, and loop in CS and Solutions Architecture.
- •Requirements 8+ years building scalable operations for service delivery in a startup environment, with at least 2 years in B2B partnerships. 2+ years of consulting experience or strategy roles.
- •Demonstrated experience designing and documenting operational processes (playbooks, SOPs, workflows).
- •Strong project management instincts and experience working cross-functionally on technical or product-adjacent projects.
- •Ability to manage a team while staying close to the work yourself and comfort with ambiguity.
