- •Arc'teryx is opening in Paris! Join our teams in Le Marais as our future Store Lead (h/f/d)
- •CDI 35H! You will be a key member of the store leadership team, working alongside the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to manage Product Guides and enhance the customer experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead with intention, embodying Arc'teryx's vision, mission, and values.
- •Elevate the customer experience by sharing product knowledge and coaching sales advisors.
- •Drive the business by overseeing store pillars: Experience, Product, Community, Operations, and Team.
- •Build community and connections by sharing brand stories and event information.
- •Communicate and collaborate to align the team and achieve store objectives.
- •Requirements At least 1 year of management and retail experience, with a natural ability to coach and motivate.
- •Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building brand loyalty.
- •Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- •Proficiency in French and English is essential.
- •Flexibility to work during peak retail times and ability to lift up to 15kgs.
