TL;DR
Senior IT Engineer responsible for internal technology, support, and infrastructure.
- •As a Senior IT Engineer, you will ensure Spryker employees have reliable technology, secure access, and responsive support.
- •You will combine hands-on technical expertise with ownership of IT support processes, endpoint management, identity and access, SaaS administration, and continuous improvement.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
- •Provide high-quality technical support and improve IT support processes.
- •Own and improve onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning processes.
- •Administer and maintain macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- •Manage identity and access processes across various services.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT user support or a similar internal IT role.
- •Proven ability to resolve complex technical escalations across Apple and Windows hardware, macOS, Windows, networking, and access management.
- •Hands-on experience managing devices through MDM.
- •Experience administering identity and access services.
- •Experience supporting SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Atlassian.
