- •Sprinter Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Platform to build the foundation for AI-native healthcare and impact at scale.
- •This role is crucial for increasing patient access to Sprinter Health services by developing a composable and configurable healthcare platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the primitives of the platform: validated patient record, service catalog, composition grammar, and authoring surface.
- •Define how care composes at a platform level, impacting engineering timelines for new care pathways.
- •Ensure the trustworthiness of the patient record by owning its schema, validation rules, and integrations.
- •Build an authoring surface for non-engineers and AI agents to create new care pathways.
- •Own the extended networks platform, bringing external clinical partners onto the platform.
- •Requirements 6+ years of product management experience, with at least two owning platform, infrastructure, or API products.
- •Proven experience abstracting hard-coded behavior to make it data-driven and configurable.
- •Experience designing core entities, their lifecycles, and shipping versioned interfaces.
- •Platform experience in high-stakes environments (payments, fintech, identity, security, logistics, marketplaces).
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive impact as a team.
