- •Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms with AI-driven solutions.
- •We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the systems that drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion, reporting to the VP of Growth and Monetization.
- •Key Responsibilities Own adoption, retention, and expansion strategy across the user lifecycle.
- •Lay the foundation for product-led growth at Eve, including instrumentation and in-app experiences.
- •Run high-velocity experimentation, shipping tests weekly to compound learnings.
- •Drive in-app marketing and lifecycle campaigns segmented by behavior, ICP, and usage.
- •Author specs and work directly with engineers to ship growth infrastructure.
- •Requirements 5+ years in growth marketing, growth product, or a related function.
- •Proven track record of building activation programs and successful experiments.
- •Experience authoring specs and partnering directly with engineers to ship growth tooling.
- •Fluency with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude), lifecycle tools (e.g., Iterable), and in-app engagement platforms (e.g., Chameleon).
- •Strong quantitative instincts and experience running high-velocity experimentation.
