About the role
TL;DR
Own customer implementation journeys from contract to launch, configuring Humaans and migrating data.
- •Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace.
- •As a Product Implementation Specialist, you’ll own the customer journey from signed contract to successful launch across both our core HRIS and Athena platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Own implementation projects from initial scoping through to launch.
- •Lead complex data migrations for global organisations, using AI-assisted tooling.
- •Configure Humaans around each customer’s organisational structure, workflows and policies.
- •Act as a trusted adviser, guiding customers through implementation best practices.
- •Guide customers through integrations, APIs and webhooks.
- •Requirements Evidence of owning SaaS implementation or onboarding projects involving complex data.
- •A strong record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- •Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling data migration, validation and product configuration.
- •Practical experience using AI to materially improve implementation work.
- •Confidence working with integrations, APIs and webhooks.
