- •Spring Health is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage the day-to-day execution, accuracy, and compliance of domestic payroll operations.
- •This is a full-time, fully remote position.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and execute end-to-end multi-state payroll processing.
- •Audit and reconcile payroll inputs, including wages, deductions, and tax entries.
- •Handle state and local tax jurisdiction registration and compliance.
- •Support year-end operations and payroll tax filing verifications.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
- •Requirements 5+ years of dedicated payroll administration experience with multi-state tax compliance.
- •In-depth understanding of wage-and-hour laws and payroll tax guidelines.
- •Direct experience managing payroll systems and software infrastructure.
- •Strong technical capability in data verification and Excel.
- •Proven analytical capacity to audit complex datasets.
