- •Kaseya is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to manage and optimize global compensation programs.
- •This role involves strategic analysis and leveraging quantitative insights to enhance compensation structures and operational processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Apply mathematical modeling to analyze global compensation programs.
- •Develop statistical compensation models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- •Drive annual compensation review and incentive payment processes.
- •Gather and evaluate external compensation survey data.
- •Design and develop decision support tools using Power BI.
- •Requirements Master's degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, or related quantitative field. 2+ years of experience as a Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or similar.
- •Experience with mathematical modeling, regression analysis, and workforce forecasting.
- •Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
- •Experience developing and maintaining global compensation programs.
