- •Deep understanding of the Maghreb music ecosystem and established relationships.
- •Strong cultural judgment, data analysis, and storytelling abilities.
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and alignment-building skills.
- •Fluency in English and French; Arabic is strongly valued.
