About the role
TL;DR
Create technical documentation and educational content for SaaS products.
- •Technical Writer, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and compelling, educational content for Revyz & Spin.AI’s SaaS products.
- •You will be working closely with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement to create resources that accelerate user adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-focused technical documentation for support pages.
- •Own the end-to-end documentation creation process, including information architecture and content audits.
- •Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and customer success to gather and validate technical information.
- •Build client aids such as product walkthroughs or guided tours using tools like Loom.
- •Create educational materials and documentation for product Certificate programs.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of professional technical writing experience in a software development or technology-driven environment, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- •Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
- •Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- •Familiarity with visual creation or screen-capture tools.
