TL;DR
Manage financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning for a high-growth SaaS company.
- •Socure is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager to support top-line performance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- •This position reports to the VP of FP&A and works closely with go-to-market leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models for forecasting key top-line metrics.
- •Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to business leaders and the board of directors.
- •Act as a strategic advisor to the go-to-market organization by providing data-driven analysis.
- •Enhance processes across FP&A, accounting, and revenue operations.
- •Support ad hoc strategic initiatives including M&A evaluation and capital raises.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar quantitative discipline; MBA or CPA strongly preferred. 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A or Corporate Finance at a high growth technology company, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
- •Extensive financial modeling experience and a track record of driving process improvements.
- •High proficiency in financial systems, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
- •Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and other AI tools are a plus.
