- •Key Responsibilities You are responsible for all matters concerning our banks, including partner management, commercials, bank-specific KPIs, loan origination processes, and parts of product management.
- •You are the central point of contact for partner banks and internally for our C-level and various departments.
- •You lead the Banking Team, steering the supply side of our credit comparison together.
- •You conduct strategic and commercial negotiations with our partner banks.
- •You develop our credit offering further by understanding the German financial and credit market, tracking relevant developments, and identifying opportunities for additional bank products.
- •Requirements You have a strong commercial understanding and can confidently assess KPIs, business cases, and revenue relationships.
- •You have relevant professional experience and successes in the banking context, ideally from comparable positions in banking/fintech, business development, or consulting.
- •You have excellent negotiation skills, can read between the lines, and think in long-term negotiation strategies.
- •You have experience in people management and enjoy fostering and developing talent.
- •You are a generalist with a high level of comprehension, quickly grasping new and complex topics and making informed decisions even with incomplete information.
- •You are extroverted and a networker, proactive in building business relationships through personal meetings and direct exchange.
- •You are proficient in German at a native level and fluent in English.
