- •As a leading credit comparison portal, we connect people with strong financing partners to facilitate the path to owning a home.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide qualified telephone consultation to customers who have submitted a construction financing request via our platforms (warm acquisition).
- •Conduct structured sales conversations, including needs assessment, presentation of suitable financing models, and professional objection handling.
- •Guide customers from initial contact to closing with a partner bank, ensuring consistently high-quality advice.
- •Collaborate closely with bank partners to ensure efficient processing of financing requests.
- •Requirements Required expertise as a real estate loan broker according to § 34i GewO (e.g., completed training as a bank/real estate clerk or corresponding IHK expertise test).
- •Several years of professional experience in construction financing consulting.
- •Strong consulting and communication skills over the phone.
- •Passion for real estate and financing topics.
- •Ideally, experience with Europace and/or Qualitypool tools.
- •Native-level German language skills.
