- •Smarsh is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead their procurement team and enhance vendor management processes.
- •This role involves direct team management, process optimization, and strategic tooling evaluation.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the procurement team, including workload distribution and performance management.
- •Own current-state PO and procurement workflow execution across Jira and NetSuite.
- •Evaluate and define the future direction for procurement tooling.
- •Drive process documentation and continuous improvement across procurement workflows.
- •Own vendor management, including relationships, risk, and lifecycle management.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, with 2+ years in a people management role.
- •Demonstrated experience building or maturing a vendor review/risk process.
- •Experience driving process improvement and documentation in a procurement or operations function.
- •Strong ability to translate high-level strategic direction into team execution.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
