- •Key Responsibilities Provide daily pre-departure support, monitor driver routing and productivity, and conduct daily route debriefs.
- •Manage driver performance, conduct evaluations, and support professional development.
- •Coordinate vehicle servicing, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and oversee quality checks.
- •Control operational costs and step in as a driver when needed.
- •Requirements 3-5 years in a transportation management or supervisory role.
- •Working knowledge of DOT regulations, log books, and safety compliance.
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- •Ability to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours as needed.
- •Valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain).
- •Proven experience improving processes and reducing operational costs.
- •Ability to safely load, block, and secure cargo.
- •Class B or Class A CDL.
