- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- •Route medical drivers daily and hazardous route drivers weekly.
- •Track and monitor driver activity.
- •Investigate and resolve customer complaints and requests using Salesforce.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer service and transportation support or dispatch.
- •Familiarity with route optimization and cost-saving strategies.
- •Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
