- •Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple regions.
- •Coordinate HR operations across supported regions.
- •Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
- •Drive continuous improvement of HR processes.
- •Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations.
- •Experience supporting multiple countries or global teams.
- •Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR operational best practices.
- •Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR documentation.
