- •Translate evolving requirements into clear compliance strategies and partner with Product and Engineering on launch timelines.
- •Direct subject matter expert engagement and external strategy across various compliance domains.
- •Requirements 10+ years in product compliance, certification, or regulatory engineering, with team leadership experience.
- •Deep technical grounding in EMC, radio, and product safety, with knowledge of adjacent domains.
- •Proven track record of building and implementing processes and governance.
- •Comfortable holding decision rights and communicating launch risks.
- •Strong cross-functional operator with excellent communication skills.
