- •Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate, interviewer, and Hiring Manager experience.
- •Partner with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and understand needs and market dynamics.
- •Create and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels for active and passive candidates.
- •Track and analyze recruiting metrics, reporting to leadership regularly.
- •Requirements 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company, with early-stage start-up experience preferred.
- •Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, outbound sourcing, and closing candidates for technical and business roles.
- •Ability to build impactful relationships with hiring managers and interview teams.
