  • The Lead Manufacturing Integration Engineer will guide new products from concept through production release.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional development of new metal additive manufactured products from concept through production launch.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and convert them into manufacturable product designs.
  • Develop and execute product development plans, including design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
  • Create and optimize 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
  • Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles to maximize performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. 7-10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development. 3+ years of experience with metal additive manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of DfAM principles.
  • Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Netfabb, nTop, and Magics or comparable tools.
