TL;DR
Own customer outcomes post-deployment, build scalable support systems, and drive renewals and expansion.
- •As a Production Strategist, you will own customer outcomes post-deployment, ensuring value compounds into adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- •You'll be the primary technical partner, resolving issues, deepening usage, and advocating for customer needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own deployment production success and support, troubleshooting issues and advocating for customer needs.
- •Drive renewals and expansion by turning strong adoption into renewals and surfacing opportunities.
- •Build systems and automation to scale support without linearly scaling headcount.
- •Ship product changes by modifying production code to fix bugs and build features.
- •Make customers self-sufficient through training and documentation.
- •Requirements Startup experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
- •Strong technical foundation to troubleshoot production code, analyze code paths, database state, and API requests/responses.
- •Eagerness to build scalable systems through code and automation.
- •Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- •Instinct for driving outcomes (retention, adoption, expansion) with high agency in ambiguous environments.
