- •Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- •Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
- •Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- •Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- •Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- •Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally with FinTech projects.
- •Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Strong understanding of PDLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- •Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
- •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
