About the role
TL;DR
Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale multimodal data collection programs.
- •You will build Prolific’s physical-world multimodal data collection capabilities from the ground up, establishing operating models, production standards, and scalable collection methodologies.
- •This is a hands-on, operational role requiring expertise in reliably capturing high-quality data in physical environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Own large-scale video, audio, and multimodal collections from client brief to final delivery.
- •Design collection operations across participants, activities, locations, hardware, and field teams.
- •Translate technical specifications into capture protocols and participant protocols.
- •Own program economics, including costing, yield, and margin.
- •Lead client delivery and make recommendations on trade-offs.
- •Requirements Significant experience owning complex video/audio data collection or technical production programs at scale.
- •Experience running onsite or field-based operations with participants and recording equipment.
- •Hands-on experience with video/audio capture hardware and understanding of data integrity.
- •Experience translating technical specifications into production workflows and quality criteria.
- •Commercial ownership of operational programs, including bottom-up costing.
