TL;DR
Architect and deploy AI-powered systems to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.
- •Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Expert to architect new ways of running the company through AI optimization.
- •This senior individual contributor role will identify opportunities for machine optimization, design and deploy enterprise-grade systems, and work across leadership teams to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- •Key Responsibilities Map and prioritize operational workflows for AI augmentation, creating a high-impact roadmap.
- •Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered workflows using N8N, Claude Code/Codex, and LLM APIs.
- •Architect and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs and flag anomalies.
- •Serve as the internal expert on AI operations, evaluating new technologies and establishing best practices.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in LatAm fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS.
- •Proven, expert-level AI automation track record with experience architecting and scaling AI systems.
- •Advanced hands-on experience building automated workflows with platforms like N8N, Make, or Zapier.
- •High comfort level working directly with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- •Exceptional analytical skills and ability to drive executive decision-making.
