About the role
TL;DR
Support Airwallex's global expansion into new markets across APAC.
- •The CEO Office Strategy & Operations team partners directly with Airwallex's executive leadership on the company's most important priorities, driving clarity, building scalable operating models, and ensuring the right work gets done at the right time.
- •Key Responsibilities Support new country expansion strategy and market entry models.
- •Shape product roadmaps based on regulatory and licensing requirements.
- •Support executive decision-making and prepare recommendations for leadership.
- •Contribute to the operating system for launches, using AI for automation.
- •Support governance and go/no-go processes for market launches.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, regulatory/financial services law, or strategy/expansion roles in fintech or payments.
- •Track record of contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- •Strong operating discipline and comfort with structuring multi-workstream programs.
- •Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
- •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
