TL;DR
Build and scale distributed systems for an AI ranking platform.
- •Sequen AI is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to build and scale their distributed systems platform, enabling enterprise-scale ML ranking and recommendation services.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and scale robust, concurrent core platform components.
- •Architect composable systems for diverse enterprise use cases.
- •Collaborate with product and ML engineering teams to accelerate feature delivery.
- •Drive architectural decisions and set technical vision.
- •Partner with ML research scientists to prototype and launch new capabilities.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience building highly performant, scalable distributed systems.
- •Expert-level command of Go (Golang).
- •Strong systems-level skills and experience with complex service-oriented architectures.
- •Proven ability to build and scale systems from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments.
- •Extreme ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
