- •SEON is seeking a Lead Competitive Intelligence Manager to own their competitive program end-to-end, driving business opportunities and revenue growth in the fraud prevention and AML compliance space.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive CI strategy, monitoring market shifts and competitor moves.
- •Conduct primary and secondary research to build a robust competitive database.
- •Develop competitive enablement resources for sales and customer-facing teams.
- •Provide strategic support throughout the sales cycle, injecting competitive perspective.
- •Collaborate with product teams to translate market insights into roadmap guidance.
- •Requirements 5+ years of competitive intelligence/strategy in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- •Domain expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, cybersecurity, or related field.
- •Experience creating and managing a centralized CI knowledge base.
- •Hands-on experience creating battlecards, competitive playbooks, and supporting sales in live calls.
- •Strong analytical and communication skills, with a self-starter mentality.
