About the role
TL;DR
Manage daily operations, logistics, and administrative workflows for a fast-growing AI company.
- •SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models (LLMs).
- •As Workplace Manager, you will be the operational backbone that keeps our fast-moving company running smoothly, owning core administrative processes and supporting leadership in day-to-day operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own daily administrative workflows and keep the operational side of the business up and running.
- •Coordinate logistics between the Munich office and testing facilities for hardware and prototypes.
- •Plan and execute team events and offsites to foster team culture.
- •Act as a sparring partner for all departments, contributing to AI-driven operational enhancements.
- •Manage special operational projects, including opening new offices and supporting military exercise participations.
- •Requirements Native German and strong conversational English.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, reliable problem-solving approach.
- •Hands-on execution mindset with a focus on keeping core processes running.
- •Proactiveness and ownership, driving tasks end-to-end without constant prompting.
- •Positive, energetic attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment.
