About the role
TL;DR
Lead global accounting, tax, and treasury operations for a growing international company.
- •Scandit is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to own global accounting operations, tax, and treasury.
- •This role will build a finance engine to support the company's growth and act as deputy to the Senior Director, Group Controlling.
- •Key Responsibilities Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- •Lead and develop Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.
- •Oversee group tax compliance and treasury operations.
- •Develop and scale accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
- •Lead annual statutory and ad hoc audits.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, consolidation, and tax, with leadership experience.
- •Recognized professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- •Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP, and/or Swiss GAAP FER).
- •Solid tax expertise across corporate tax, transfer pricing, and VAT.
- •Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
