- •Savvy Wealth is seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist to join their NYC headquarters.
- •This role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and financial advisors, supporting a hybrid macOS and Windows environment, and optimizing SaaS platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Support a hybrid macOS/Windows environment, including ticketing and troubleshooting.
- •Share advisor support and onboarding workload, delivering white-glove service.
- •Execute advisor migrations into Savvy, managing email, files, and DNS records.
- •Manage DNS across multiple providers and registrars.
- •Own the IT provisioning and deprovisioning process for employees and advisors.
- •Requirements 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with user onboarding/offboarding and device management.
- •Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions.
- •Solid DNS fundamentals and confidence in managing email authentication records.
- •Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- •Excellent communication skills, able to articulate issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
