- •Fractile is seeking a Product & Yield Engineer with a strong data focus to join their team.
- •This role will be instrumental in analyzing semiconductor manufacturing and test data to improve product yield and reliability.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex semiconductor datasets to identify trends and sources of variation.
- •Improve product yield, reliability, and manufacturing processes.
- •Provide clear technical insights to engineering teams and manufacturing partners.
- •Develop scripts and automated analyses for engineering investigations and reporting.
- •Requirements Demonstrable experience in semiconductor Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Yield Engineering, Data Analytics, or Quality Engineering.
- •Strong experience analyzing semiconductor manufacturing and test data.
- •Excellent data mining, statistical analysis, and root-cause investigation skills.
- •Hands-on use of semiconductor industry data analysis tools (e.g., yieldHUB, Spotfire, JMP).
