- •Key Responsibilities Administer the company's equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
- •Manage equity award grants, exercises, and vesting schedules.
- •Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
- •Liaise with external vendors and legal counsel on equity-related matters.
- •Provide support and education to employees regarding their equity awards.
- •Requirements Proven experience in equity plan administration.
- •Familiarity with equity management platforms (e.g., Workday, Carta, Shareworks).
- •Strong understanding of equity compensation principles and regulations.
- •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
