About the role

Manage customer relationships, maximize product value, and drive client success in fraud and compliance.
- •Sardine is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to join their rapidly growing customer success team.
- •You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Sardine's fraud and compliance products and services.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing daily and strategic needs to maximize ROI.
- •Develop a deep understanding of Sardine's product, technology, and strategy to effectively communicate value to clients.
- •Translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions and manage the resolution process internally and externally.
- •Advise clients on best practices related to fraud and compliance, and monitor/communicate key performance indicators.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to proactively solve fraud typologies and communicate findings to customers.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS, with API integration understanding.
- •Domain experience in fraud, compliance, fintech, AML/KYC, or payments is highly preferred.
- •Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- •Exceptional project management skills and the ability to synthesize inputs and balance stakeholder needs.
- •Proficiency in business intelligence tools and strong analytical skills for number crunching and insight generation.
