- •Sandbox VR is seeking an energetic Shift Lead (Key Holder) to create unforgettable guest moments and ensure smooth operations for their advanced virtual reality experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Greet guests, guide them through the VR journey, and proactively share offers.
- •Master proprietary tech, troubleshoot issues, and maintain store standards.
- •Open/close the store, manage daily audits, and coach team members.
- •Ensure team performance, morale, and guest service standards remain high.
- •Requirements 1+ year in retail/hospitality leadership.
- •Egoless, adaptable, team-focused, and reliable.
- •Physically able to be on feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and navigate stairs.
- •Weekend availability required.
