- •Filevine is seeking an Expert Team, Solutions Specialist to help customers achieve outcomes not available out-of-the-box.
- •This role requires creative problem-solving and deep product knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Determine the best solution for customer requests, utilizing native capabilities and out-of-the-box thinking.
- •Create and memorialize approaches, sharing findings with broader teams.
- •Develop portable content (articles, videos) to educate customers and mature best practices.
- •Supply remediation case studies and approaches to other departments like Partners and Sales Engineering.
- •Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Filevine family of products.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, API, or equivalent. 2+ years of Low-code / Declarative development experience or equivalent.
- •Assertive communicator with strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- •Quick learner, self-motivated, and a driver of change.
- •Ability to independently manage competing customer priorities with limited structure.
