- •Filevine is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for federal clients, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Own proposal development end to end, including writing, editing, and formatting.
- •Ensure compliance with government acquisition regulations and requirements.
- •Run the proposal process, developing schedules, outlines, and review gates.
- •Leverage AI throughout the proposal lifecycle using LLMs and proposal-specific software.
- •Lead cross-organizational collaboration with various internal teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience writing and managing technical proposals or RFx responses for federal customers.
- •Demonstrated AI literacy and hands-on experience leveraging AI support tools.
- •Strong command of government proposal structures and acquisition frameworks.
- •Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- •Experience running compliance matrices, color-team reviews, and full proposal production.
