- •SandboxAQ is seeking an HR Operations Lead to own and evolve its People Infrastructure in North America.
- •This senior role is responsible for building and scaling HR operations to support company growth, focusing on systems, workflows, policy, and service delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities Own HR Operations for North America across the employee lifecycle.
- •Lead operational excellence across employee changes, leaves, separations, compliance, and documentation.
- •Own and improve core HR systems, workflows, and operating infrastructure.
- •Manage and develop junior HR Operations team members.
- •Identify friction and introduce practical uses of AI and automation to improve quality and scale.
- •Requirements Significant experience in HR Operations or People Operations roles.
- •Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience across HR systems, operational infrastructure, and employee lifecycle processes.
- •Prior people management experience.
- •Strong systems orientation and comfort with HRIS platforms and workflow tools.
- •Experience supporting company growth and change, with exposure to M&A strongly preferred.
